Episode 31 - Top 10 Things You Would Do For a Klondike Bar!

Ew. That roughly summarizes most of the responses from our hosts about the vile (and mostly illegal) acts they would perpretrate in order to get a Klondike Bar. EC steals the show with his number one answer and still gives me shivers.

Wildcard was challenging: come up with a new ice-cream treat that disparages an entire culture (e.g. Choco-taco). Everyone hits a homerun on this one and we even come up with one "on the fly".

Episode 30 - Top 10 Wrestlers!

Nothing screams (and kicks and bites and smashes others with chairs) like professional wrestling. From such highlights like Jake the Snake, The Iron Sheik, Brutus the Barber Beefcake, it's tough not to entertain. But don't worry, there are a few surprises in there for you to keep an ear out for and Kunkel may even have a rendition of the first professional wrestler from India.

Wildcard was to create a brand-new wrestling move. And yes, this gets dirty quick.

What initially seemed a simple task turned into an painful look back into the offal that was released in the cinema during the 1990's. There are a number of repeats and a few suprises, and I all I can say for a hint this week is "ROWSDOWER!!!!". That and shame on you, Tom Hanks.

Episode 26 - Top 10 Wii Games that should be made!

After discovering the sweet, smooth taste that is the Nintendo Wii and the equally cool Wiimote, the crew puts their heads together to come with those hit games that Nintendo has not thought of yet. Some must-be-hits like Wiinial Tasks and Wii Barber are sure to turn some heads!

Wildcard of the day is what celebrity is most likely to have "leaked" amateur porno this year and what acts will you see in it? Watch out George Bush and Star Jones!

Episode 25 - Top 10 Candies!

After lamenting just how good those Pixie Sticks were back in the day when we used to snort them in the elementary cafeteria, we thought we better whip up the top 10 candies of our short lives. A couple of key hits were Big League Chew and Everlasting Gobstoppers.

Wildcard was in honor of Saddam Hussein's recent execution, pick the next celebrity in line for death row and decide their fate. No one is safe, not even Kirby (*sorry*).

The REAL Episode 24 - Top 10 Worst Jobs!

Inspired by our near complete apathy towards actually earning a living, we thought we would explore what could possibly be worse. A few gems like "Silverfish Wrangler" and Sam Kinnison's mic-level checker were seen on lists.

Wild card of the day was to write the script of the dialogue that took place between Mr. Bryan Hathaway and the dead deer he had sex with on a Wisconsin Road. You just have to listen.

This is a topic that is long, long overdue and was a difficult choices were made by all of the 'casters. Some key movies are Ghostbusters, This is Spinal Tap, and many other treasures. Strangely enough, 1985 was one heck of a year for movies.

Wild card was to come up with a new Winter Olympic Sport. EC probably gets the cake, but a cake missing most of its morality.

Inspired by the top 10 TV sitcom picks from a few episodes, we felt the really, really terrible ones deserved their time in the lime light. Some key shows are Major Dad, Martin (*sniff*), Designing Women and so many more.

Wild card of the day is to come up with your own TV Station name (including call letters) and its programming. Daren wins this one with a channel solely based out of the Minneapolis Airport.

Where to start on this one? We get down, dirty, mean and use the "Dark" button on numerous celebrities in this episode. No celebrity was safe, especially such "stars" as Samuel L. Jackson and Michael Jackson.

This is one is definitely a bit less fowl than last weeks episode (but just wait until the next two, yee-gads). A couple of movies and actors are represented on multiple lists (like Keanu Reeves is really a big surprise). EC turns in a strange half-dried-corn-cob list.

Wild card topic of the day is to formulate the perfect "huge fat lady" meal for Kirstie Alley during her annual binges to 600lbs. Kunkel pulls out all the guns (and layers) for this one.

Whew, this one already sounds bad from the title. Numerous crime organizations will be formed, human experiments will be performed and epic battles will be re-enacted. All with poor little orphans.

Now, this is more like the old Sector 512 we know. Talking about dirty, nasty, gross, and downright dark and twisted things that you really should NOT say during "the act". Normally, I like to give a few highlights, but these you really need to hear for your self!

Episode 13 - Only 10 days left to live!

Wow, Sector 512 broke out the serious sauce and liberally applied it to this episode for some unknown reason. The question was posed that if you had only 10 days left to live, what would you do, and more importantly, how do you go out with style? Jerry Pounds is a permanent addition to the crew and we have an AWESOME guest list from our #1 fan, Scott Davis. Couple highlights are exploding one's self with explosives, deleting child porn, and lots-and-lots of buffets.

Wildcard topic of the day is the question: you have a dead body and the meat wagon won't be coming for an hour, what do you do with the body? Apparently quite a bit, especially if you have a transmitter and a speaker.

Episode 12 - Top 10 Daren-safe swimming pool contents!

As is well-known to the Sector 512 cast, Daren is allergic to chlorine and has thus never been able to enjoy the wonderous experience that is swimming in Tom's pool. So today, we put our heads together to come up with some Daren-safe pool contents and most turned out rather unsafe to most animal and plant life. Couple examples are nair, chocolate pudding and various types of acid. Jerry Pounds is joining us as a guest celebrity/host today!

Wildcard topic of the day is to come up with a name for Kunkel's unborn son that reflects his heritage of white trash and trailer parks.

Wildcard topic of the day was: what do we with Kirby Puckett's rather large corpse? It won't fit in a conventional coffin, so we needed some more creative "outside-of-the-box" ideas to solve this pickle.

Uf dah! The selection of restaurants was more diverese than one would think. Tom had some notable omissions from his list (say, establishments like Bonanza and Old Country Buffet).

Wild card topic of the day is an (perhaps unfortunate) return of the "Celebrity Gang Bang", but slightly less risque (I think). Watch out Oprah Winfrey and the mens US olympic hockey team.

Episode 9 - Top 10 Most Hated TV Characters!

This was a difficult, difficult question with so many irritating characters in the loser-actor bouquet of broadcast TV. A few shows were represented between many lists (aka "Full House" and "Who's the Boss?"). Listen for an unbelievable impersonation of Mrs. Garrett from "Facts of Life".

Wild card topic for the day is this: Create a washed-up celebrity pull-string doll with an assortment of sayings (think the original 'chatty cathy' dolls). Watch out Steve Guttenberg!

Wow, I thought this was a great, if not broad, topic. Tom went a little overboard with his list and included some links to games for his choices and all links are at the end of these show notes. Daren busted out a classic pick in "Bananas" and EC reminded us all of the educational fun of "Number Munchers".

Wild card topic was rather intricate. Basically, if we were to have an action figure created in our likeness, what it would look like and what sort of powers would he/she have? Episode 7 - Top 10 Animated Series!

The question was posed as select your top 10 animated series and this could cover anywhere from "Family Guy" to "Gumby and Friends" and everything in between. Some seriously cool cartoons were discussed like Animaniacs, Captain Planet, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and more! Don't worry, newer, more "Adult Swim" cartoons were not ignored like Space Ghost and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

Wild card topic of the day: what was the most embarrassing cartoon that you dare admit to watching on the air? Tom and Kunk admitted to some very feminine cartoons while EC and Daren duked it out over some very obscure celebrity-associated animations. This is our first episode featuring 4 professional microphones and a kick-apples little mixer. Hopefully you enjoy the new clearer sound to our drivelings.

Episode 6b - Updates and drunken phone messages

Well, well, well! The crew of Sector 512 has a quick update for everyone to make sure they are getting every single worth-their-weight-in-aluminum episode that we are releasing. Our last episodes have been released two on one day, and many podcatching programs only download the latest and greatest episode, so we want everyone to double-check they have every one.

To entice you to listen, I have added on a rather humorous drunken phone message from my old college roommates featured on an old party CD that I hand-crafted. If you like them, I will add one to every episode.

What better topic for a bunch of guys to discuss than action figures? We were required to select not only a toy line, but specific figures within that line. Some obvious inclusions are G.I. Joe, Transformers and He-man, but don't miss oddities such as Mad Balls, Go-bots, Centurions, and M.A.S.K. and M.U.S.C.L.E.

Wild card topic of the day is your favorite gimicky breakfast cereal of your youth. Do you remember Donkey Kong cereal??

Welcome back to the meat 'n potatoes of our podcasts, lots of lists with obscure references. This episode we explore the best and worst comic strips. The favorite strips were quite varied, but a strange sense of unity was found upon exploring the worst comic strips, watch out Kathy and Ziggy, just jerk that wheel into the bridge and save us all of your pathetic agonizing!

Wild card topic for the day is to pick a Twins baseball player and what crime we imagine them committing. This was inspired by the news of ex-Twins relief pitcher Jeff Reardon arrested for a jewelry store heist. Listen to hear about such stars as Chili Davis and Les Stryker!

Podcast episode #2 - All about the NES

Welcome back to the Sector 512 podcast. This episode features a change in format to what will be used for all future releases, e.g. more content, less dead air and overall increase in maturity. Today, we are talking about the primo video game system of our youth, the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

We will list and debate our top 10 game choices and what game we think should/could have been for the NES that wasn't. Highlights is Daren's idea for the could-have-been hit "East Coast Shooter" featuring use of the gamepad to move your sniper to the best killing spot and then using the light gun to do the shooting. Excellent and disturbing.
